The Playful Plus Plan is our in-house membership program designed to make your child’s dental care simple and affordable. It includes preventive visits and exclusive savings on additional treatments—all for one predictable yearly cost.

Any child who is a patient at Playful Pediatric Dentistry is welcome to enroll. No insurance is required to join.

No. The plan is designed for families without dental insurance. It cannot be combined with insurance benefits, discount programs, or third-party coverage.

Each membership lasts for 12 months from the date of enrollment.

Membership fees are non-refundable, even if you choose not to use all of the included services.

Memberships are patient-specific and cannot be transferred to another child or sibling.

You’ll receive discounted pricing on additional treatments performed during your child’s active membership year.

Simply call our office or speak with our team during your visit. Enrollment is quick, and benefits begin immediately.

  • The Playful Plus Plan is not dental insurance and cannot be used in conjunction with dental insurance plans, discount programs, or third-party coverage.

  • Membership fees are non-refundable, even if the included services are not used.

  • The plan cannot be transferred to another patient or family member.

  • Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • Discounts apply only to procedures completed within the membership period.

  • Missed or cancelled appointments may be subject to the practice’s standard cancellation fees.

  • Membership does not cover treatment performed by specialists or outside providers.

  • Included services may vary by age or clinical need; substitutions are not permitted.

  • Pricing and benefits are subject to change at the discretion of the practice.

  • The Playful Plus Plan is intended for patients without dental insurance; dual use is not allowed.

  • Payment is due in full at enrollment, unless the practice offers an approved payment plan.

  • The plan cannot be used for products, supplies, or retail items sold by the office.

  • Membership discounts do not apply to past treatment or outstanding balances.

  • Any special promotions cannot be combined with the membership unless explicitly stated.
